Q: Do you use a concentrate or extract process to manufacture Zija as some competitor's product use?

Flash pasteurization brings the liquid to a certain temperature for a very short amount of time and the beverage is immediately sent through a cooling process to ensure that none of the valuable nutrients are lost during this process.
